广东兴发铝业有限公司(以下简称兴发铝业)总部位于广东省佛山市。始建于1984年，2008年3月31日于香港联交所主板上市(编号：98)。
兴发铝业是中国大陆最早生产铝型材的企业之一，现已成为中国著名的专业生产建筑铝型材、工业铝型材的大型企业，是中国建设部铝合金型材定点生产基地。2003年被中国有色金属工业协会评为“中国铝型材企业十强第一名”，并于2012年再次被评为“中国建筑铝型材二十强企业第一名”
目前，兴发铝业的产品已经拥有铝合金型材国家专利587项，4万多种产品规格型号。主要产品包括：建筑门窗、幕墙、电子设备、机械装备、轨道交通、航天航空、船舶及高科技军工产品等。同时，也是中国最大的地铁机车导电铝型材供应商。公司凭借强大的研发能力及对卓越品质的执著追求，在过去20多年里在中国及世界各地建立了广泛而稳定的销售网络，以满足全球市场客户对高品质产品的需求。
2009年，兴发铝业为满足不断扩大的市场需求，并与总部形成产品系列优势互补，相继在江西宜春、四川成都、河南沁阳等地建立分公司，现三地均已投产，项目达产后达20万吨产能。兴发铝业四大生产基地总占地面积200万平方米，已拥有包括大吨位挤压机在内的100多条铝型材生产线。主要生产装备和检测设备均从德国、美国、日本和意大利引进。
兴发铝业上述项目的投资建设，将生产基地由华南拓展至华中、西部等地区，更好地为客户提供快捷、优质的产品与良好的服务，更好地开拓市场。在完成战略布局后，预计2015年总产销量将实现45万吨。
自成立以来，兴发铝业数次荣获国外权威机构和国家各级部门颁发的认证证书和荣誉证书，诸如1994年“兴发铝材”获得“美国太平洋海岸建筑工业博览会金奖”;2003年10月，公司通过了挪威船级社DNV工厂认可，具备了生产和销售船用产品的重要资格;2004年9月，“兴发铝材”荣获中国铝型材行业首批“中国名牌产品”称号;2005年，“兴发铝材”荣获“国际质量之星钻石奖”，同年公司通过了中国军工质量管理体系认证;2006年，“兴发牌”商标被国家工商行政管理总局商标局认定为“中国驰名商标”;同年获国家科技部批准为国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，并获得国家人事部与全国博士后管委会批准设立博士后科研工作站，开展企业博士后科研工作。

Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Xingfa Aluminium), whose head office is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Was first established in 1984 and was listed in Hong Kong (code: 98) on Mar. 31, 2008.
The company is one of the earliest aluminium extrusion producers in Chinese mainland and has now become a large scale enterprise specializing in the production of building and industrial aluminium extrusion and a production base designated by China Ministry of Construction. It was listed as No. 1 of “Top 10 Aluminium Profile Enterprises of China” by China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association in 2003 and was confirmed the leading position of No. 1 of “Top 20 Aluminium Profile Enterprises of China” once again in Feb. 2012.
At present, Xingfa Aluminium owns 587state patents and over 40,000 types of products of different specification and model. It mainly engages in production of building door and window, curtain wall, electronic machinery, transportation, space flight and aviation, shipping and hi-tech war industry products etc. Besides, it is also the biggest supplier of metro locomotive electric conductivity aluminium profile in China. By the virtue of its strong research and development capacity and persistent pursuit of excellent quality, the company has set up a wide and stable sales network in China and the world in the past 20 years, and requirement for high quality products of the global market customers could be met to the maximum extend.
In 2009, to meet the continuously expanding market demand and form complementary advantages with the products of the head office, the sub-factories of Jiangxi Yichun, Sichuan Chengdu, and Henan Qinyang was set up one by one, and the production capacity of these three sub-factories is about 200,000 tons. The total Xingfa Aluminium area of these four production base is about 2,000,000 square meters. Moreover, there are more than 100 aluminium profiles producing lines, included large-ton extrusion machines. The main production equipments and test machines are imported from Germany, America, Japan and Italy.
After the fulfillment of all these strategic arrangement, Xingfa Aluminium will expand its production bases to Central China and western part from South China, exploit the market better and provide the customers with more convenient and more excellent products and better service. It indicates that Xingfa has made a big step forward in arrangement of China. The total production and sales volume will be 450,000 tons by 2015.
Since the establishment, Xingfa Aluminium has won certificates of authentication and certificates of honor issued by overseas authorities and national departments at various levels, for example, “Xingfa Aluminium” won the “golden medal of US Pacific Coast Building Industry Fair”; in Oct. 2003, the company passed the recognition of Norwegian Ship Classification Society (DNV) and has the important qualifications for production and sale of marine products; in Sep. 2004, Xingfa was among the first companies to win the honor of “ China Famous-brand products” in Chinese Aluminium Profile industry. In 2005, Xingfa Aluminium won the “International Quality Star Diamond Award” and passed the certification of Chinese war industry quality management system certification; in 2006, “Xingfa Brand” trademark was identified as “famous trademark of China” by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce; in the same year, the company was approved as a key new and hi-tech enterprise of National Torch Plan and was authorized to set up the post-doctoral scientific research work station by the Ministry of Personnel and National Post-doctor Management Committee for post-doctoral scientific research work of enterprises.
